When the service line has been installed and at least one appliance (i.e. furnace, water heater, etc.) is ready to be turned on, contact our Customer Service Dept. at 314-621-6960. Inform the Customer Service Representative that the service line is installed and request a meter set and turn-on. Our Representative will need to know the address, subdivision name and lot number, if applicable, and the natural gas appliances in the home (i.e. 2 furnances, 2 water heaters, log, range, dryer, etc.).
A Serviceman will be scheduled and will set the meter, connect the meter to the Fuel Run and perform a safety check.
