Where am I?
Collection Department
At times when a customer needs to establish service at a particular address, our collection department must complete an investigation before gas service can be established. In these special cases, service will only be established if the investigation proves two things:
- The previous party is no longer at the address and
- The party wanting gas service established in his or her name is a new party just moving in.
In any case, our meter reader will attempt to read your meter every month except August.
