Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC)
The Laclede Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC) was formed by the Missouri Public Service Commission pursuant to paragraph 20 of the Stipulation and Agreement in Case No. GR-2007-0208 to develop a portfolio of cost effective energy efficiency programs for the Company’s customers. The EEC charter members are Laclede Gas, the Staff of the Public Service Commission, the Office of Public Counsel, and the Department of Natural Resources. Other members include USW Local 11-6 and electric utilities that have a significant presence in Laclede's service area and a desire to participate. Additional appropriate parties that are acceptable to the EEC charter members may also participate.
