Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC)
The Laclede Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC) was created by Missouri Public Service Commission order in Case No. GR-2007-0208 and given the task of choosing a portfolio of cost-effective energy efficiency programs. The EEC charter members are Laclede, the Staff of the Public Service Commission, the Office of Public Counsel, and the Department of Natural Resources. Other members include USW Local 11-6 and electric utilities that have a significant presence in Laclede's service area and desire to participate. Additional appropriate parties that are acceptable to the EEC charter members may also participate.
