Conservation & Energy Efficiency Programs
Laclede Gas Company offers several conservation and energy efficiency programs to encourage its customers to use natural gas wisely. With the assistance of the Laclede Energy Efficiency Collaborative, the Company has selected a portfolio which provide residential, commercial, and industrial customers with a combination of direct benefits and self-help/educational programs.
These programs, which will be implemented over the next several months, will be available to customers through July 2010 or until budgeted expenditure levels have been reached.
The first two new programs are the Residential High Efficiency Heating Equipment Program and the Commercial/Industrial Rebate Program, both of which are effective November 28, 2008. For additional information on either of these programs, please click on its link to the left.
The EnergyWise Furnace Financing Program and the Insulation Financing Program continue to be available through participating contractors. For more information or a list of participating contractors, call our Customer Service representatives at (314) 621-6960 (toll calls: 1-800-887-4173).
The Laclede Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC) was created by Missouri Public Service Commission order in Case No. GR-2007-0208 and given the task of choosing a portfolio of cost-effective energy efficiency programs. The EEC charter members are Laclede, the Staff of the Public Service Commission, the Office of Public Counsel, and the Department of Natural Resources.
