Medical Emergencies
We will postpone disconnection of gas service to a residential customer for up to 21 days if a medical emergency exists. You must notify us that the service cutoff will aggravate a current medical emergency of yours or a permanent member of your household.
You will be required to give us a physician's written evaluation stating a medical emergency exists at your home.
