Elderly & Disabled Assistance
Registration for Elderly and Disabled is available if you or any member of your household is age 65, or older, or is disabled and cannot leave your home without assistance. Call the Customer Service Department at (314) 621-6960 (toll calls: 1-800-887-4173) for information on registering for the Company Notification Plan.
You may also give us the name of a family member, social agency, charitable organization, or another adult to notify in the event your gas service is in jeopardy of being disconnected.
