24-Hour Interactive Call Center

Get information on your account whenever you need it

Our 24-Hour Interactive Call Center helps you quickly obtain basic billing and other important information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 314-621-6960 — our current customer service telephone number – and provide your customer account number or Social Security number. For toll calls: 1-800-887-4173.

With Laclede’s 24-Hour Interactive Call Center, you can automatically obtain information about your bill:

  • When your most recent payment was received
  • The amount of your payment
  • Your current amount due
  • The delinquent date
  • The mailing date for your next bill
  • Whether a heating assistance pledge or payment has been received on your account
  • The minimum payment required to avoid disconnection of service

The system also can:

  • Assist in directing you to the appropriate personnel to handle your call
  • Provide information about key programs and services Laclede offers

If you still need to talk with a customer service representative, you will be able to do so Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
