If you or a permanent member of your household has a current medical condition which would be aggravated by a service disconnection, please contact us by calling 314-621-6960 (1-800-887-4173). Missouri Natural Gas customers should contact their nearest District Office.
Once notified, we will send you a "Medical Emergency Certification Form" to be completed by your physician. Please have the form completed and returned as soon as you can.
Once we have the completed certification form on file, we will postpone disconnection of gas service for up to 21 days.
Note: the physician's evaluation must be received by us prior to the disconnection and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is received by the disconnection date.
