Any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week call (314) 621-6960 (Toll calls: 1-800-887-4173). Our 24-Hour Interactive Call Center will provide you with basic billing and other important information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call and enter your 10-digit customer account number or your Social Security number to hear current billing information or obtain information about programs and services offered by Laclede.
Call during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) to:
- Establish and discontinue service
- Schedule an appointment for appliance repair or connection
- Talk with a customer service representative about your bill

FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR:
Laclede Gas repairs all natural gas appliances including Furnaces, Water Heaters, Gas Logs, Ranges, Dryers, Gas Air Conditioners, Gas Lights, Grills, Patio Heaters and Pool Heaters. And you can pay for repairs on your monthly gas bill. Gas appliance service work is not subject to PSC regulation.

FOR APPLIANCE SALES:
Laclede Gas sells fully installed natural gas Water Heaters, Grills, Grill Parts and Accessories, Gas Lights, Gas Logs, Ranges, Washers, Dryers and Space Heaters. You can pay for new appliances on your monthly gas bill or with your Mastercard or Visa.

Our staff is available to speak at no charge to clubs or organizations about the benefits of natural gas and gas appliances.
