FOR ALL OTHER CALLS (NON-EMERGENCY, BILLING, CUSTOMER SERVICE):
Any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week call (314) 621-6960 (Toll free: 1-800-887-4173). Our 24-Hour Interactive Call Center will provide you with basic billing and other important information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call and enter your 10-digit customer account number or your Social Security number to hear current billing information or obtain information about programs and services offered by Laclede.
Call during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) to:
- Establish and discontinue service
- Schedule an appointment for appliance repair or connection
- Talk with a customer service representative about your bill
For non-emergency related inquiries, please e-mail us at: customerservice@lacledegas.com. This e-mail address is for routine inquiries only, as related to your natural gas service account. Please do not use the customer service e-mail address to report an odor or natural gas emergency. If you detect the odor of natural gas or believe you have a natural gas emergency, leave the establishment and call us at 314-342-0800 from another location. Avoid creating a spark - DO NOT turn anything on or off as you leave.

FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR:
Laclede Gas repairs all natural gas appliances including Furnaces, Water Heaters, Gas Logs, Ranges, Dryers, Gas Air Conditioners, Gas Lights, Grills, Patio Heaters and Pool Heaters. And you can pay for repairs on your monthly gas bill. Gas appliance service work is not subject to PSC regulation.
