Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC)
The Laclede Energy Efficiency Collaborative (EEC) was created by Missouri Public Service Commission order in Case No. GR-2007-0208 and given the task of choosing a portfolio of cost-effective energy efficiency programs that are consistent with the objective of providing the public with energy services that are safe, reliable and efficient, at just and reasonable rates, in a manner that serves the public interest.
Meetings are held periodically and hosted by Laclede at one of their company locations. The last meeting was held Thursday, April 10 at its Berekely office. The next meeting notice will posted on this site once a date/location has been determined.
The EEC charter members are Laclede, the Staff of the Public Service Commission, the Office of Public Counsel, and the Department of Natural Resources. Other members include USW Local 11-6 and electric utilities that have a significant presence in Laclede's service area and desire to participate. Additional appropriate parties that are acceptable to the EEC charter members may also participate.
