Special Circumstances
Please call our Customer Service Department at (314) 621-6960 (toll calls: 1-800-887-4173) if you:
- Do not receive a monthly bill.
- Plan to move. Please call us at least two days prior to the day you want your gas service disconnected or transferred to another address.
- Plan to be away from home for a long period of time. We can mail your monthly bill to another address. (Also, if you are going on a winter vacation or own property that is temporarily vacant during the winter, arrange for someone to visit your property often to make sure your heating equipment is working properly.)
