Where am I?
Please call our Customer Service Department at (314) 621-6960 (toll calls: 1-800-887-4173) if you:
- Do not receive a monthly bill.
- Plan to move. We need access arrangements to read any inside meter and check your gas equipment for safety. Please call us at least two days prior to the day you want your gas service disconnected or transferred to another address.
- Plan to be away from home for a long period of time. We can mail your monthly bill to another address. (Also, if you are going on a winter vacation or own property that is temporarily vacant during the winter, arrange for someone to visit your property often to make sure your heating equipment is working properly.)
