Pay By Phone
Laclede Gas and Missouri Natural have partnered with ChoicePay to give you the convenience of paying for your gas bill by phone – at any time – from anywhere – in any amount.
Here's how easy it is to Pay by Phone:
- Call ChoicePay toll free at 877-839-2478. English speaking operators are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Spanish speaking operators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The automated system is available at anytime.
- Have your gas account number and your bank account or credit card information available when calling. Payments made by 1:00 p.m. will be posted on the same business day. Payments after 1:00 p.m., or on weekends or holidays, will be posted on the next business day.
- Choose to pay by a one-time deduction from a checking or savings account or by Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card. Please note: There is a fee for this service to cover the cost of processing the transaction. Laclede does not receive any portion of the fee.
It's that easy. ChoicePay gives you one more option for paying your bills. You control when and how much you pay and whether you want to use ChoicePay or a different payment method in a given month. When paying by phone, you can also choose to make a payment one time using your bank account and another time using your credit or debit card. The choice is yours.
