Each month, Laclede includes an educational message on the billing statement. Occasionally, Laclede includes helpful information in the form of an insert. The following is a running 12-month list of bill messages and inserts that have been sent to customers. Bill message: Save energy throughout the cold winter months by sealing off unused rooms, closing registers and keeping doors closed. Occasionally, we are required to temporarily interrupt your natural gas service in order to make unanticipated repairs to our system. Before restoring your service, we are required to enter your residence to check appliances. Help us serve you better; have someone check on your home while you are away.
