Q. When will my direct payments begin?
A. When your enrollment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message on your gas bill. In the meantime, please pay your gas bill as you normally do: by mail, by visiting our business office or at an authorized payment agency.
Q. How will I know when my gas bill will be paid?
A. You still will receive your gas bill every month to confirm the payment amount. On the due date shown on your monthly bill, your checking or savings account is automatically debited. Your bank statement will show a line item debit for the amount of your gas bill payment.
Q. What does this service cost?
A. There is no cost for this payment option.
Q. What if I have a dispute with my bill?
A. Any time you dispute your bill, call us at the telephone number on your bill.
Q. How can I stop a payment or cancel my direct payment plan?
A. You may stop the direct payment for a given month or cancel your Easy-Pay plan entirely by calling the telephone number on your gas bill at least three days before your next regular payment due date.
Q. What if I switch banks?
A. If you switch banks, call us to revise your bank account information. Please call Customer Service before closing your old account in order to prevent disruption of this service.
Q. What if I want to use my savings account to pay my gas bill?
A. Send a deposit slip from your savings account with your Enrollment Form.
