Customer Connection Delivers Convenience to Laclede Customers

Laclede Gas Company recently launched a new online interactive system that gives customers access to their natural gas accounts at times that fit into their schedules. Customer Connection represents the next step in Laclede’s commitment to customer service. This new website, accessible through a link on the Laclede Gas website Home Page (, allows customers access to information about their specific natural gas accounts without having to speak to a Laclede representative. This new service affords customers the flexibility and convenience to research questions, change account options and pay a natural gas bill at any time, night or day...on the customers’ schedule, not Laclede’s.

Features of this site include:

account access 24/7;

online bill payment options without having to sign up for a recurring payment program;

ability to make various account changes;

access to current and past bills;

ability to compare bills;

access to payment and usage histories; and

helpful information regarding various factors that impact gas usage.

Laclede will introduce new features and enhance existing features of the site from time to time. Future development phases of Customer Connection are already underway.
